About Cheryl Sabin

Welcome to my website!  I am thrilled that you joined my clients and others that are looking for someone they can fully trust and represent them when buying or selling property.  I have 13+ years of experience and am aggressive and passionate when it comes to serving my clients.  I am computer savvy and continuously evaluate new opportunities to market properties uniquely to ensure that I serve my clients effectively.  This is critical especially in Luxury homes and farm/country properties as each have special features and need to be marketed to the right audience.

I believe that continued learning is critical to running any business and attend real estate training sessions on a regular basis.  I am a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI) and earned the following certifications:

I am also trained as an Interior Decorator which adds additional value to what I can bring to my clients.  I am a Broker in both Kentucky and Indiana to provide my clients with the best options possible.  I have expertise in selling farms and high-end properties, working with investors and new home buyers.

I am an equestrian myself and own a beautiful farm and Bed and Breakfast in L’Esprit, a community just outside of Louisville with over 4200 acres of equestrian properties.  If you are looking for or selling an equestrian and/or luxury property, make sure you choose someone that has firsthand knowledge and the right contacts.
